I agree The Corporate Caterer will charge my credit card $27 today, and $27 per month for membership and premium access to The E-Learning Center. I agree to a 3-month membership minimum. After 3-months, my membership will continue on a month-to-month basis. I agree after 3 months, I may suspend or cancel my membership, for any reason, with 30-days written notice. I agree to suspend or cancel my membership, I will send an email to michael@thecorpoartecaterer.com with the subject line: Please suspend / cancel membership which I will save for documentation. There is no message required beyond the subject line.

I agree my annual membership will automatically renew after 1-year. I agree if I do not want my membership to automatically renew, I will send an email prior to the renewal date to michael@thecorpoartecaterer.com with the subject line: Please suspend / cancel membership which I will save for documentation. There is no message required beyond the subject line.
